Er. D. Devine  Davidson (Alumnus 2004-2008 Batch), Transmission line Specialist, TATA Consulting Engineers Limited, Bangalore delivered a webinar on the topic "Innovative Industrial Requirements and Its Gap". The resource person makes clear idea about the Industrial Requirements and its gap and also how to improve their skill set. He gave the information to the students about important of developing their core skills and its requirement in industries. Resource Person triggers the students and motivates them in a very passionate way. He explained about self learning process and its types to get the benefits about meet the industrial requirement and improve their individual creativity and innovation to achieve their goals. He motivates the students regarding opportunities available in transmission sector. The webinar had an overwhelming response from the second year Electrical and Electronics Engineering Students from our college. This event was organized in association with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Francis Xavier Alumni Association (FXAA) of FXEC.

This event was conducted through Google meet and the event was coordinated by Mr.V.Vignesh Arumugam AP/EEE and Mr.N.V.Selvam AP/EEE.

Dr.J.Jasper Gnana Chandran, HoD/EEE was the Convener for this event. Mr.N.V.Selvam AP/EEE gave welcome address by introducing the chief guest. This event was conducted with the guidance of the Mr.S.Krishna Kumar, Director – FXAA, Dr.V.Velmurugan, Principal - FXEC and Dr.K.Jeyakumar the General Manager for Development – SCAD Group of Institutions. Finally the Vote of thanks was proposed by event coordinator.

            The students got motivated by the resource person and got benefitted by this alumni webinar. We have received excellent feedback from the students.
