Guest Lecture on “Cracking the Interview as a fresher”

The guest lecture on the topic “Cracking the Interview as a fresher” was conducted on 07th October 2022. The resource person for the guest lecture was Er. S. Abishek Sam, (Alumnus), Turing Remote Contractor, Senior Back End Engineer, Tala. The CSE Students along with faculties attended the programme. The resource person was welcomed and honoured by Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan, HOD/CSE. The resource person thanked the management and the faculties for giving him the opportunity. He explained about the procedure of on-campus drives and off-campus drives and insisted the students regarding the importance of communication language and suggested the students to have the habit of talking in English to their friends to improve communication skill. He explained the three types of hiring methods by the recruiters such as Signing bond, Contract Job and Permanent Job and also explained the benefits and challenges in various hiring types. As he was a GATE Scorer, he gave guidance about GATE preparation tips for getting GATE Score. He answered all the doubts raised by the students.
