On 26.02.2024 Alumni Guest Lecture on "From IDEA to Enterprise: Navigating the path of Entrepreneurship" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Department of Management Studies. The session was handled by Mr.Phinehas Rathinam, Alumni of FXDOMS Batch(2014-2016), Managing Director Siragugal Sports & Wear, Tirunelveli. 54 students and one faculty participated.
Then the session was beginning with the prayer song. Then the welcome address is delivered by Miss. Harini student of Management Studies and Miss. Aarthi Subha, student of Management Studies introduced the guest. Then the session was handed over to the guest Mr. Phinehas Rathinam. He began the session with his success story. It helps the students to motivate themselves. Then he started to give more innovative ideas for business and mentioned about the consistency in business thoroughly. Consistency is the keystone to success. He clearly explained this words.
Then he told about what are struggles he faced during Covid-19 and what are the steps the he took to overcome from it. He explained about all the business that he is currently doing successfully and what were the strategies he followed to build a loyal customer base.
Then he told about current project of his business and the opportunities in the current business and he gave a detail report of how to plan a business in our locality.
Then the questionnaire session was started. Students shared their ideas and got more positive solution. Finally, the session was concluded by vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Gandhi Kannan. It was a useful and motivational session for everyone.
